My Contribution
I led design, build, and test of two external systems related to Surveyor:
Design of power management system for mobile Wi-Fi access point
Design of a hardware Human-Machine Interface (HMI)
During my 1.5 years working on the project, I also did the following:
Creation and approval for general & assembly drawings per ASME Y14.5 standards
FEA analysis of structures subjected to impact
Design of mounts for various components, fabricated using conventional machining, sheet metal, or 3D printing processes
